Android Project to continuously fetch data from server particular ID

Need to work for an Android Application Single Activity that fetches data from Server continuously and map with the UI which has a Google Map and a Chart View. The Server with backend code and API is ready and also while fetching data from the server the app side code is working for a single person ID. I need to give a functionality to the user to fetch the data from the server for multiple IDs.
