Android - Novage P2P Implementation

Purpose:
- I am looking for an experienced developer to create a JNI native library to integrate the open-source Novage P2P media loader into Android.
- While Novage P2P media loader is free and open-source, therefore the easiest route, if a bespoke system is available or can be created then that would be preferable assuming it has the same featureset.

Features:
- Peer to peer content distribution network for HLS streams.
- The library should work natively with ExoPlayer and other android media players and distribute the load of live HLS streaming over P2P with other peers watching the same video.
- As URL's may be different but have the same content, a video ID would be provided to the library to ensure the correct content is being shared.
- Would need to implement some form of authentication to ensure the content isn't stolen from peers. Potentially authenticating at initialisation. Not a requirement, but would be ideal.

Timeline:
- The preferred timeline for this project is flexible.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in Android development.
- Proficiency in peer-to-peer.
- Understanding of live streaming, HLS and ExoPlayer.
