Android NestedScrollView autoscroll when type in rich text editior

I need some help with my project. I have got a problem with NestedScrollView as when I type the text in the rich text editor on the webview and when I hit the enter buttons of the keyboard to create new empty lines, the NestedScrollView doesn't automatically scroll down to the bottom everytime I create new empty lines on the webview rich text editor. I want to create the webview height size as automatically when I create new lines as the NestedScrollView to scrolldown to the bottom automatically. I want to make it like the original gmail one. I want you to have a look to see if you can fix the problem. Will pay $50 after the work is done. No time wasters please. Thanks for your interest.
