I am looking for an experienced Android developer to work on a small project to rewrite the code for auto syncing and Bluetooth connection in my native Android application. The current method of syncing and connecting via Bluetooth is not applicable as no syncing or Bluetooth connection is required.

Specifically, I want to automate both data transfer and device pairing. The preferred method of automatic uploading should be triggered by a specific event.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Android development
- Proficiency in working with Bluetooth connections and data transfer
- Familiarity with automating processes and event triggers in Android applications

ANDROID Foreground Service Expert to handle autonomous Bluetooth data sync in transmit ( Many to Many Sync with Shortest Path Detection and Selection)

What we have in mind ,
The Application Android App will scan for 1 minute and transmit the UUID to central Server , the server will respond which mobile will initiate the communication with the device , it will use M2M ( MQTT Communication )

User on his phone will notify the user in notification bar no to move away from the device the app is trying to connect and will show the progress bar of the communication and data upload.

I am looking for an Android Foreground Service Expert to handle the autonomous Bluetooth data sync in transmit for my project. The main purpose of the foreground service is Bluetooth connection management. The ideal candidate should have experience in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology and protocols.

Key Requirements:
- Expertise in Android Foreground Service
- Strong knowledge of Bluetooth connection management
- Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology and protocols
- Ability to handle autonomous data sync in transmit
- Familiarity with shortest path detection and selection
- Ability to handle many-to-many sync with a large number of devices connected simultaneously (more than 10)
