Android Native APP- Vocab List, APP is in Chinese

I need someone to help me build an Android native App. Because the app is in Chinese, my wireframe was also written in Chinese, apologies in advance for any language difficulties! I attach a crudely translated wireframe and brief summary. Please read the the Brief Summary Word doc first. I understand that the Chinese language barrier may make it difficult for you to understand the details of the project. But, if we do agree to work together, I'll provide a more detailed English oriented wireframe as well as guide you every step of the way. Right now, I am after your estimated quote, and expected time to completion, to help me decide whether if you are the right candidate for the job. I only want your ESTIMATED price and time, after which, and if I think that you are suitable, I will then provide you with a more comprehensive project description (in English).
