Android Music Player with Serial Communication

I'm looking for an Android developer to create a standard music player that can play local audio files and URL links. The player will also need to communicate with an external unit via USB.

Key Requirements:
- Support for MP3, WAV, and AAC audio formats.
- Ability to play music from local storage and via URL links.
- Serial communication with an external unit via USB.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Android app development.
- Experience with audio playback and handling various audio formats.
- Knowledge of USB communication protocols in Android applications.
-Know how to route audio on an Android device. Eg. get audio from USB external device and play on Android speaker, use Android mic and send this audio to external USB device
- Make the app run in kiosk mode.
