Android 3D Mobile Game Recreation

I'm seeking a talented game developer who can create an Android version of an existing 3D mobile game. The project involves:
- **Exact Recreation**: The new game should mirror the existing one with no changes to the graphics.
- **Platform Specific**: The game is to be developed solely for Android.
Also would need more info what would be needed for it.
Game exists on google play store, and is an usual semi-idle top up/gacha game.
Top up/Gacha events will be changed/added.
So in general, would appreciate someone who would give me more insight on it. Plan is to start making it, and then eventually going live with it.
