Android Mobile Dialer with SIP Integration

I'm seeking a professional Android developer to create a mobile dialer application for me. This app should be able to register with a SIP, and allow calls to come from the SIM card of the mobile device rather than a server.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Android application development.
- Strong understanding and experience with SIP (Session Initiation Protocol).
- Prior work with mobile dialer applications is a plus.
- Ability to create a simple, user-friendly interface.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Upon acceptance of the project, I will provide you with the necessary SIP account details, including the username, password, and IP. The application should be able to seamlessly integrate with my existing softswitch. Please note that the specific features and interface design for the application have not yet been determined, therefore flexibility and creativity will be appreciated.
