Key Features:
- Manual Message Dispatch: The app will require an interface on the laptop from which messages can be manually typed or pasted and sent to the mobile app users.
- Call Functionality: If a mobile user receives a message containing a phone number, they should be able to initiate a call directly from the app.
- Location Tracking: The app should have a feature that allows the users' locations to be tracked from the laptop.
