Android Mobile App Development

I'm looking for a skilled developer to design a mobile app specifically for the Android platform. The key feature required is real-time updates.

This app will be for a community initiative and is for the Coastal Chess Association in Namibia,
Main features will be just a common app for the association to view player rankings, up and coming tournaments or tournament calendar, news, results, announcements etc. It is for a small coastal community to have visibility (No Chess Game)

Ideal Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience with Android app development and design
- Strong understanding and ability to implement real-time updates
- Past success with similar applications.

Your responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design and develop an engaging mobile app for Androids
- Implement real-time updates feature
- Test the app for usability and fix any bugs.
