Android Material Transport Tracking App
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m launching an Android-only application that lets customers request material pick-up/delivery while drivers accept jobs and share their live location the entire way. One third person called the "RECEIVER/COLLECTOR" will also be included in every transaction. The core feature is real-time mobile and vehicle tracking, so Google Maps integration (native SDK) has to be seamless, accurate, and always on and so that the received/collector can know about the whereabout of the driver and reach desired meet point thereby saving time.
Both user types—drivers and customers—need their own flows inside one app: simple account creation, job posting/acceptance, and a live map view that updates position as the trip progresses from point A to point B. I also want a lightweight admin panel (web or in-app) just to verify users and keep an eye on active jobs.
Deliverables
• Production-ready Android APK (and Play Store-ready bundle)
• Source code with clear documentation on how location updates are captured, transmitted, and rendered on the map
• Brief walkthrough video or call showing the app in action
Acceptance criteria: map refreshes in real time with minimal lag, both parties can see each other’s ETA, and I can compile the project on my machine without extra setup.
I need the first usable build ASAP, so please outline a realistic timeline for an MVP and any third-party services you expect to integrate for location and route optimisation.
