We seek a developer to create a comprehensive system for managing company-issued Android smartphones used by our Sales, Marketing, and Collection teams. This system will comprise:

Android Mobile Application:
Secure login with OTP authentication.
Dashboard with activity overview and quick access widgets.
Modules for notifications, file access, and help.
Responsive design with encrypted data storage and secure communication.
Web-Based Admin Panel:
Intuitive dashboard with real-time system status and analytics.
User and device management tools.
Real-time monitoring of logs, messages, calls, and files.
Advanced search, reporting, and audit trails.
Role-based access control and two-factor authentication.
Cloud integration for scalability.
Cloud Infrastructure (AWS or Google Cloud):
High availability and data redundancy.
Scalable and secure architecture with automated backups.
Storage of sensitive data like call recordings, messages, decrypted whatsapp chats, and call logs.
The system will enable administrators to access critical data in emergencies, ensuring business continuity. All UI designs must adhere to a Red, Yellow, and White color scheme.

Key Requirements:

Development of a secure Android mobile application.
Development of a web-based admin panel.
Implementation of a scalable cloud infrastructure.
Secure storage and access to sensitive data (call recordings, messages, contacts, decrypted WhatsApp chats, and call logs).
UI/UX design with Red, Yellow, and White color scheme.
The project will be paid upon full completion and approval. No up front or milestone payments.
