Android Magisk Root & ADB Expert - To enable Google Call Screening

I want an expert in Android Magisk Root to tweak few things.
Below are the requirements -
Step 1 - Need to delete a folder in system/app directory.
The issue is, changed a application to system app using systemizer module in Magisk using Terminus.
Since that apk isn't working, I'm trying to delete the existing folder created by the above process so that I can do the same again with another stable apk.
Step 2 - Need to tweak few settings in Google Dialer app to enable Call Screening & Call recording features.
The detailed steps are available in XDA forums and I can provide you the links.
Step 3 - As the device is rooted, banking applications are not working. Need to make tweaks to have them work properly.
step 1 was performed to change user app installed from Google Playstore into system app because there was a recommendation in XDA forums to change it to system app inorder to have the call screening tweak working properly.

Device - OnePlus 6T
Country - India
Root - Yes
Root method - Magisk
Bootloader - unlocked.
OS - No third party OS installed. OxygenOS 11.1.2.2.
Note - If screen sharing is required, then I will be only sharing the screen via google meet, so that no extra privileges are provided. Or, mostly I will be interested to give screenshots.
