Android Linphone app settings accessible through web browser

My Requirement is like this:
We have rooted android device (TV Box), installed open source Linphone Voip Sip client on it.
We required: 1) access & modify the settings of the linphone app through web browser within LAN using device IP address.
2) Android app to Discovery of all these Linphone devices in a single page & change there settings from there only.
