Android Launcher

Need a beatiful launcher designed and built. I have a rough idea of what i want
Dock
-6 apps in the bottom dock
When i swipe up a little another 6 apps will pop up
If i hard swipe the full apps list will show
In the app drawer
-12 fixed apps on top
- underneath there are categories with apps inside
- different background for drawer and homepage.
