Android Kotlin freelancer developer for long term
Budget: $10 – $10,000,000 CAD
I am looking for android developer who can build enterprise application in Kotlin.
There are total 7 milestones at beginning. Project can grow.
This will be fixed budget project. Please find attached designs for first milestone and please provide accurate estimate. API will be provided to only selected candidates.
Designs will be provided before each milestone starts.
Only apply if you have worked on more than 4-5 projects or 2 years of experience in Kotlin.
NO HOURLY RATES PLEASE.
