Android / Kotlin / HL7 application

I need an example Android application that connects to an HL7 interface that is set up with Mirth. The Mirth server is running, and the details of that server can be shared. I need the application to be written using the Kotlin language. All I need to see from a display perspective is to decode the JSON that comes back from the Mirth server and put it on the main screen. No other interaction will be required.
