Android Kotlin App for Device Monitoring and Accelerometer Data

I'm seeking an experienced Kotlin developer for a mobile app project. I'm looking to create a monitoring app specifically designed to function with Android devices. The application needs to be developed on Android Studio.

Potential candidates must have proficiency with Kotlin, Android Studio, and should have previous experience in developing monitoring apps.

Application Requirements:
- The app needs Real-time data tracking capabilities.
- It should be equipped with data visualization features.
- Additionally, the app should allow access to the accelerometer of the device.

This app will be used to track the phone angles (Inclination) when the app is open and a session is in progress.
- Android phones already have an app that measures the angles – Bubble level.
- This application shows the same values and uses the same functionality. It is different because it tracks the data in a time series, makes calculations with the angles and allows download of the stored data.
