Android Kiosk App with Voice Commands

I need an Android application that functions as a kiosk, when activated. It should open a specific app, block all exits, menus, and notifications, and can only be exited with a password.

Key Features:
- Kiosk Mode: The app should act as a kiosk, restricting access to other features or apps on the device.
- Specific App Opening: The kiosk should open a specific app or WebView. App can be set by Google Play app ID in some config file. WebView also can be set by URL in the same config.
- Voice Command Activation: When kiosk is started is should wake up the phone from locked down mode on specific voice commands, for example, "Hello chat". These commands should be customizable within the app's settings menu or config file.
- Security Feature: The ability to exit the kiosk should only be possible through entering a password, which is set up during the initial setup of the app or in config as a sha256 hesh .
