I'm seeking an expert in Android app development to create a Kiosk-Launcher-App that restricts access to certain functions and information of the device. The app should allow access only to two pre-installed apps (a secure code app and a VPN app), and permit the user to configure Wi-Fi Hotspot settings, Passcode settings, Brightness control, Flight Mode and VPN settings.
Features:
- The user should only be able to access two pre-installed apps and the Wi-Fi Hotspot settings.
- The app should be able to hide all device information and software/hardware details.
- The app should restrict access to all other installed apps except the VPN app.
- The VPN app should be able to configure the VPN.
