I'm seeking a talented developer to create an interactive and engaging video game for kids on the Android platform.

Game description:
Like the old windows bow and arrow game(screenshot attached) but with gestures. I need a pleasant background, a blue sky and white clouds moving here and there. I need purple bubbles with happiness wrote on it(font and color attached). The objective of this game is for marketing.
Working:
When you start the game there should be a 10 second timer and there are a bunch of bubbles on the screen like mentioned above. You do a throwing gesture in front of the screen and burst the bubbles(Can use a Microsoft Kinect). Then butterflies come flying out of it. Intension is to make a high score in 10 seconds.
