Android 9.0 and Khadas VIM3L source file adjustment

I need someone with experience on khadas platform (khadas.com for reference) to unpack provided .img source file of vim3l from khadas (android os) and change khadas boot logo, change android boot logo/animation and change couple of android tweaks, compile in linux and provide me the .img file
