Android Job listing app in flutter

I need a job listing app In Flutter with the following features made:
-Candidate signups and profile - (Api available)
-Job listing and application -(Api available)
-Job application tracking - (Api available)
-Sharing of jobs and content -(You create)
-Candidates to chat with other candidate and share content over chat room ( You will have to create this api using PHP)

-All API have already been created for the parts except for group chatroom which you will need to create.
