I'm seeking a proficient Java Android developer who can create an empty Android project for me. This project will be primarily used for API integration.
Key Tasks:
1. Create and implement an X509Certificate2 certificate.
2. Manage certificate replacement.
3. Implement user addition functionality.
4. Enable transaction sending.
5. Facilitate DocumentRUT transmission.
6. Design user deletion capability.
7. Allow certificate deletion by calling the API.
The API will return a JSON response containing a certificate for future communications. Please note, the API uses an API key for authentication.
