Android Import SMS/MMS

I am looking for an Android developer who can create an app for me. The app will focus on importing SMS and MMS messages.

Requirements:
- Ability to import both SMS and MMS messages
- Target Android version: Android 11.0 and above
- App should support English language only

Skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge of Android development
- Experience with importing SMS and MMS messages
- Familiarity with Android 11.0 and above
- Ability to implement language support for English only

Specs:
- Will want to upload a json file to app
- App should allow for importing of images and attachments
- Will need to support when there's multiple parties in a message
- Be able to denote who's the sending party in a message

Executive Need:
- We're switching from a Voip system to a direct cell phone and would like to import the messages from old system into direct phone.
