Android and IOS application.

We are looking to build two applications, one for android and one for iOS. Application will help our trucking school students to watch videos about their training. Registration, then admin will have to approve the student, then students can watch the training video without skipping, our training consists five languages. Students will have select their language. It’s very simple. It should not take long. If you have experience to do both of them then let’s know. I don’t have designs also.
