Android and IOS app developer

Hello, we are looking for a basic app on IOS and Android. We are looking for a Protein intake tracker app. The doctor or medical pro would give the amount of protein a patient/client would needs daily and the patient/client would enter the information and track on a daily basis by entering their amount of protein each time the patient/client would take in. A simple reminder part to review intake guidelines with their doctor or med prof in a number of weeks. Also, a weekly body weight tracker. We would like to add a link to our protein nutrition snack website page. Can you do this? The cost to build and submission? And time frame?
