I am looking for a skilled developer to create an Android and IOS messenger app. The app should have the following features:
- Text messaging only
I am open to the designer's suggestions for the app's design and theme. I do not have any specific preferences in mind.
Similarly, I am open to suggestions for the programming language or platform to be used. I trust the developer's judgement.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
