Android Hand Gesture Recognizer App

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create an Android app that recognizes specific hand gestures using MediaPipe.

Key features:
- The app should specifically recognize 'Thumbs Up' and 'Thumbs Down' hand gestures.
- The output of the gesture recognition should be stored in a variable for potential further processing or use.
- The further use is to send output to Unity Game using something like TCP/UDP and the Unity App should take it as an input.
