Android Google play store IAP: help needed with subscription terms wording

I need some help from someone familiar with wording used in IAP subscription / upgrade buttons. Google gave this msg : "Your offer does not clearly and accurately describe the terms of your subscription, including the cost, frequency of billing cycle, and whether a subscription is required to use the app." I need some help. Please bid only if you know this properly $15 for advise
