Android Glide + Recycler view horizontal swipe with static image and thumbnails

I am looking for an Android Studio Dev that can create a recycler view + Glide code that mimics the attached animation. The first image is the STATIC image that does not move with the rest of the thumbnails when swiping left/right. Basically having a row that swipes left and right. When swiping to the left, the main STATIC image starts to fade away as the thumbnails get closer to it. Likewise, it comes back once the first thumbnail goes back to the start of the swipe. Just needing the logic for this and not the design as you see in the animation - I'll handle that myself. Just need the skeleton of code to work with. I have also attached a PDF of the layouts names. You can use placeholder images for now to represent the STATIC image and the thumbnails.
