1. User App:
User registration/login (email, phone, or Google)
Restaurant listing and search
Food menu with images, prices, and descriptions
Add to cart and checkout
Basic order tracking (status updates)
Order history and user profile
2. Restaurant Panel (App or Web):
Add/edit food items
Accept or reject orders
Mark orders as completed
View order history
3. Admin Panel:
Manage restaurants and users
View and manage orders
Access basic analytics or reports
4. Optional (Later Phase):
Delivery partner app
Online payment gateway (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.)
Preferred Tech Stack:
Android with Kotlin
