Android Face attendance application needed

I need a application through which i need to capture the attendance of the students, flow is as follows-
1. Admin Login
2. Teacher Login
3. Student Login

a.1 Registration

a.3 Setting of Sub Admin Teachers Login (various departments)
a.4 Setting of class of students with students numbers maximum number of students
a.5 Assigning the class to teachers
a.6 Reports class wise, teacher wise.
a.7 Registration of user information through admin for attendance

Teacher Login

b.2 Login, Forget and Reset password
b.3 Class wise attendance for the student
b.4 Summary of attendance class wise and absent report

Student Login
c.1 Student Registration class wise
c.2 Registration/Login/Forget password
c.3 See the daily attendance of the student
