Android Exam & Quiz App Customization

I'm looking for a developer to modify a pre-built Android app for me. Means use open source code only modify it .The app should feature exam and quiz functionalities, as well as a notes section where an admin can upload content for users to view or download.
Key Requirements:
- Support for various question types: Multiple choice, True/False, and Short answer.
- User authentication via email and password
The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in modifying pre-built mobile applications and a strong understanding of Android development. Understanding of user authentication systems is also crucial. Please provide examples of similar projects you have worked on.
