Android Endless Game with greate UI/UX

I have an idea and I want you to make a game for me from it. The design is up to you, but you have to create a simple mock-up with design first, and when I approve it, you can start working.

The idea:
There will be a character (human with no gender) or a take (goes around or run) to dig a hole to find a red fluid and he fills up its container. After collecting the fluid in a percentage or range, at the end of the level, he distributes it to its city or village. Whoever get's the fluid, they stay alive depending upon how much he has collected, the rest of the people who don't get the drink. They die.

Note:
* The app should be endless.
* Leaderboard with Username and Country required. You need to design a backend I guess, the backend should be either in PHP or NodeJs with MySQL.
* You can add any ideas/features you prefer to enrich the game. You have to suggest the ideas first. I will pay more if you we agree on the new features that you suggest.
* The Design/UI should be unique and very smooth, I don't need copy paste a game.
* I need the APK or abb plus the source code
* You have to approve that you have designed the other games
