Android Emulator App READ DETAILS
Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
I am looking for and android developer to create us a custom Android (APK) Application that works on Android boxes / phones etc.
The idea of the application is to provide a graphic UI that allows the user to choose an Emulator (NES/SNES/N64/SEGA/GENISIS/MAME/MAYBE-PSP)
When they choose the Emulator they can install / activate it (also fine if already activated after the APK install). They will have a list of roms available - each rom will have a download link from an external website - they can download and then play the rom - the rom should show Install then Play (after installed).
User can also Uninstall the rom after.
Should be able to access settings for each emulator such as controller config, video / audio etc.
The app needs to also connect to an online database of active users which will provide a username and password for access to the application. (User will need to enter an active user/pass to gain access to the application - it should save after they enter it once).
It should only allow one connection at a time within the application with the username / password.
Again I do not mind if we bundle existing apps for this or use open source to other systems - the quicker the development the better as long as it works PERFECT.
I will provide the website with the roms
Website will have directory of emulator then rom ex snes/roms/donkeykong.sfc
The app should be able to build the rom database from the website and include art work files for the emulator titles - (when you move over a rom it will show the rom cover).
