Android Edutech App

I am looking for a talented programmer to develop an Android educational app based on flashcard based learning. I have a specific look and feel designed and will provide the UI design along with the functional specs. The app needs to have users create their own admission and profiles as well as provide access to flashcards, quizzes, and games to help users learn. The user should be able to track progress, earn points, and benefit from visual feedback. I am open to development ideas and suggestions from the programmer, however must ensure that the requirements, features, design, and functionality adhere to the original design concept. The programmer should know the integration of App with DB and rest based services.
