I need a Android application that can read Eddystone Beacons, update a table adapter, and sync with an API.

Once the Application starts it will read a list of UID(eddystone beacon) AND prepare a list which the user needs to reach by walking towards the region and scan qrcode .

If internet is not available then update sqlite db and sync on patrolling end.


The application should also be able to track GPS location, read notifications, and communicate through MQTT.
