I'm seeking a mobile app developer who specializes in Android platforms, with an up-to-date understanding of the latest Android releases. This project's main goal is to create an Android application that would open and display PDF files to be used primarily for ebooks.
Each page should appear as a thumbnail down the left side, while the right panel displays the full page content of selected page. Navigation will be by scroll, PgUp / PgDn and clicking on relevant thumbnail. All basically as when using Google Chrome.
I wish to make it clear that I am currently gathering quotations. This project is to help me with learning App development as a student, so budget is limited. Whether or not I proceed will depend on price as well as other factors.
