Android Developer for simple Apps

Hi,

I need an Android App developer.

Task include -
1. Build Apps.
2. Help to Upload Apps on the Play store.
3. Link Advertise account in the Apps.
4. Prerequisite for a Play store account.
5. App approval from the Play store.
6. Any Document, Video, or APP screenshot requirement for Google Play Store.
