I need an Android developer to create an app with motion detection ability for an institution. The app must have two key features:
- Real-time video streaming
- Push notifications whenever motion is detected
Integration with our existing Hikvision CCTV system is crucial. Therefore, prior experience or technical knowledge about Hikvision CCTV systems would be a great advantage. Proven skills in Android app development, as well as experience in building apps for real-time video streaming and motion detection, are highly desirable for this project.
