Android Developer for Finance Web App

I am seeking a professional Android app developer to create a web application for me. Below are the specific features I want to include in the app:

A. App Logo: I have the logo ready; you only need to integrate it into the app.
B. Splash Screen Video: I possess the video for the splash screen; your task will be to incorporate it into the app.
C.Home Screen: I already have a design for the homepage; I will provide you with further details via chat.
D. Bottom Menu Navigation: Implement bottom menu navigation for easy access to different panels.

Notes for the Developer:

1. App Compliance: Since I intend to publish this app on Google Play Store, it is crucial that the web app is developed in compliance with Google's standards. Additionally, please advise if integrating the web app with Firebase is necessary to avoid any restrictions during the app publishing process.
2. AAB File Requirement: Upon completion of the app development, I will require an Android App Bundle (AAB) file to facilitate the submission process on the Play Store.
