Android Developer for Application Enhancement

I am looking for an experienced Android developer to work on my existing application. the application has 4 activities and includes features barcode scanning, printing to buetooth and zebra printer via ip, searching local folder and opening PDF and jpg files, as well as generating reports in Excel format.

### Current Issues:
- *File Output Location Problem:*
- The application is supposed to save and open data in a specific local folder, currently facing an issue where files and outputs do not save to the correct location when used on Android version 10. This is likely related to the changes in file storage permissions introduced in this version.

### Requirements:
1. *Fix the File Output Issue:*
- Investigate and resolve the problem with file outputs not saving correctly on Android 10.
- Update the application's file handling to ensure compliance with Android 10's storage requirements (Scoped Storage).
- Test the solution to confirm that files are saved in the intended directories.

2. *Change or add 7 new functions :*
