Android Developer Needed for Simple APK

I'm seeking an Android developer to create a simple APK for me. This app should allow users to select from a checkbox list of installed apps. The selected app will then auto-launch upon system start. The total budget for this project is $50, as it doesn't require an attractive user interface, just a standard one. The app must be a NO ROOT app, capable of working in the background on either Android version 12 or 13.

Key Requirements:
- A checkbox list of installed apps for app selection
- Silent notifications when an app is launched
