## Job Description
We are looking for an experienced **Android Developer** to build the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) for a unique, location-based app designed for farmers markets. The app connects vendors and attendees in real-time using precise location tracking and geofencing.
The initial project is strictly for Android, but the codebase should be architected with cross-platform scalability in mind (Kotlin Multiplatform or Flutter preferred, though native Kotlin is acceptable if modularized well), as we plan to expand to iOS and macOS down the road.
### Key Features & User Roles
#### 1. Authentication & Access Control (Crucial Requirement)
* **Attendee Sign-In:** Frictionless onboarding. General users can instantly create an account and log in using **Email, Phone Number, or Google Sign-In**.
* **Vendor Access Gate:** Anyone can apply for a vendor account, but they **cannot access vendor features until they are manually granted access/approved** by an admin. Unapproved vendor accounts should remain locked or in a pending state.
#### 2. Attendee (Non-Vendor) Account
* **Interactive Market Map:** View real-time locations of active, approved vendors positioned within a specific farmers market.
* **Vendor Profiles:** Tap on a vendor to see their name, bio, current offerings, and profile details.
* **Smart Shopping List:** Attendees can create a checklist of vendors they want to visit.
