Android Data Usage Tracking Enhancement

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create an Android application that tracks data usage patterns and update firebase daily. I will have many Android A14 5G phones working as hotspot and I need to know each phone internet data consumption.
Key Project Requirements:
- Update the existing Firebase setup: This requires an in-depth understanding of Firebase and its integration with Android
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Android development: You should have a deep understanding of Android development and be able to efficiently navigate the existing codebase.
