Android Custom ROM

(THIS IS NOT BUILDING AN APP)

Hello all,

Our company is developing a new product for off road motorcycle propose, that uses an Android unit (Radxa Zero),
We need to add some features to the android implemented using its own source codes.

On this stage of the project this is what we need to do:

- Change google location services, to use our own GPS module connected via USB (only), NO GSM/wifi based;
- Adjust screen resolution and size to our display (8'' 4:3 ratio);
- Install Google Play;
- Create a specific Downbar;
- Create a specific Upper Bar (status bar);
- Create protocol for a home button (momentary push button type), with different action depending on number of clicks and time pushed;
- Theme costumization;
- Costumization of Android Board name and serial names;
- Install Zlink app;
- change Boot Image;

We're looking for someone with experience is this type of work, using source codes and custom ROMs.
