Android Car Parking Management App

I'm seeking a developer to create a comprehensive Android car parking mobile app. This project needs to be a complete package, featuring a user interface for customers, space owners, and an admin panel.
Key Requirements:
- The app should support online payments, including credit and debit card transactions.
- User registration must include an option to identify as either a space owner or a customer.
- A default fixed admin user should be included.
- The preferred user authentication method is via email and password, social media.
- An in-app notification system is required for all users.
- Google map or any map support
