Android Business Cash-Flow Manager
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need an end-to-end Android app that lets me stay on top of my company’s cash flow in real time. The core of the project is a clean interface where I can record every inflow and outflow the moment it happens, tag it to a cost centre or client, and instantly see how much free cash the business has left for the day, week, and month.
Here’s how I picture the workflow: I open the app, tap “Add”, choose incoming or outgoing, fill in amount, date, short note, and, if possible, attach a photo of a receipt or invoice. A dashboard should then recalculate my running balance and highlight trends, spikes, or shortfalls. Basic charts—bar for daily movement and line for cumulative balance—will help me spot patterns at a glance. I’ll also need quick filters (today, last 7 days, custom range) and a simple report screen that can be exported as CSV or PDF for my accountant.
Please build natively for Android (minimum Android 10) using Kotlin and Room or another reliable offline database so the app works even without a connection; one-tap backup to Google Drive would be a plus. The design doesn’t have to win awards, but it should look modern, load fast, and be intuitive for non-tech users.
Acceptance criteria
• Signed APK plus full, readable source code in a Git repo
• Cash-in / cash-out entry, edit, delete, and search all functioning offline
• Real-time balance and visual cash-flow summary updating accurately after every entry
• Export reports generating correct figures and formatting on at least two test devices
• Clear README with build steps and a brief user guide
