I'm looking for an experienced Android developer to create an Attendance & Leave Management App. The app should have the following features:

Employee Role:
- Login
- GPS Attendance Tracking with Geofencing
- Attendance Dashboard with:
- Attendance Tracking
- Leave Request Form
- Payslip Downloads

HOD Role:
- Leave Request Approval

HR Role:
- Dashboard to View and Manage Employee Data
- Receive Automated Payslips via Email in PDF Format

Payment Terms:
- 30% Advance
- 40% After Attendance Module Completion
- 30% on Final Delivery

Conditions:
- 35% Payment Due if Project is Cancelled Post-Signing
- Data Delays from Our Side Will Extend the Timeline

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Android Development
- Experience with Firebase
- Previous Work on Similar Apps with GPS and Workflow Management
- Strong UI/UX Design Skills
